Falls, fires, three rider withdrawals and a thumping victory for the visiting Monarchs – this was an incident packed night which offered a bit of everyone for an enthralled crowd.
Adam Roynon dropped just one point – to livewire home number one Connor Coles – while Australian Dayle Wood enjoyed a superb Shielfield debut as the visitors took advantage of the Bullets’ misfortunes, much of it self-inflicted.
A late rally kept the Bullets in the match but in the end it was the visitors who moved away from the NDL basement, Max Clegg also scoring well.
