Berwick comfortably made it into their first KO Cup semi-final since 2005, Saturday’s big home win allowing them to close out a 20-point aggregate win despite losing in Cumbria on Sunday.
Former Bandit Jonas Jeppesen produced a last bend swoop around fellow Dane Peter Kildemand in heat 15 to complete a superb six-ride maximum.
Kildemand led a Berwick scorecard which was solid rather than spectacular but the contribution of Lasse Fredriksen and Jye Etheridge bodes well for future challenged.
