A big night for Drew and Lewis who took their places in the Attis Insurance Sports Division British Final at the National Speedway Stadium in Manchester on Saturday night.

Both finished on four points on a night when Dan Bewley was crowned Champion and Tom Brennan won the wildcard spot at this year’s British Grand Prix in Cardiff by virtue of his third place in the final.

Drew especially was right on the pace in his later races culminating with a hard-fought second place behind Brennan in heat 13.  Lewis, beginning to look sharp again after his injury  problems finished second behind Craig Cook in a race where the Bandits’ team-mates met.
