Ko’d Cup

Unfortunately this Saturday’s Knockout Cup quarter-final second leg tie between the Berwick FTS Bandits, powered by Keenwood Karpets and Redcar Bears has been postponed.

The decision was taken by the Berwick club because a number of senior members of the Shielfield Park track staff and management team are currently laid up and severely under the weather.

With no improvement as of this morning (Thursday) the club has been left with no option to reschedule this fixture and we will keep you posted when a date is established between both sides.

At Berwick Speedway we operate with a small but effective group of track staff and management and unfortunately we simply could not run a speedway meeting without our missing staff.

We wish all parties a speedy recovery and we’ll see you trackside as soon as possible.
