Plymouth Gladiators 45 R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS 45 Berwick win 103-77…

Redcar Bears will again be without Jake Mulford for Saturday’s BSN Series semi-final shootout.
Mulford missed the league match between the sides to compete in the World Longtrack Championship, his invitation coming after he retained his under-23 crown on the high-speed European circuits. And he is in the line-up again this weekend when the series concludes at Morizes in France.
Redcar have yet to decide whether to use rider-replacement, as they did in the two point league defeat a fortnight ago, or to book a guest.
Although Saturday’s clash is the only British fixture that day there is a busy schedule of continental meetings including the European Under-19 Final in Krsko which features British teenage trio Will Cairns, Cooper Rushen and Luke Harrison.
New greensheet averages which came into operation this week gives Redcar 5.20 points to play with bringing the likes of Scunthorpe’s Nathan Ablitt and Oxford’s Dayle Wood into the picture.
Peter Kildemand and Nick Morris represent the Bandits in the Championship Pairs at Poole tomorrow night while Nick is also in action for Leicester against a King’s Lynn side including Jordan Jenkins on Thursday.
Bandits name a full seven for the fixture.
Bandits: Peter Kildemand, Jye Etheridge, Victor Palovaara, Jordan Jenkins, Nick Morris, Jack Smith, Reid Battye
Bears: Charles Wright, R/R or guest for Jake Mulford, Jody Scott, Jake Allen, Jason Edwards, Simon Lambert, Ace Pijper
