The STARS (Stadium, Track and Rent support) project was launched in 2018 and is the clubs very own initiative designed to help raise funds towards the ongoing upkeep of Stadium maintenance and improvements, track preparation, general maintenance and support towards Stadium rental.

The ethos behind The STARS project is to help Berwick Bandits Speedway Club work towards tackling the ongoing running costs consumed by the projects listed above and helping towards a prosperous and sustainable future.

5 - 1 Draw

On behalf of Berwick Bandits Speedway Club, the Berwick Bandits supporters club run the monthly 5 – 1 Draw. Monies raised raised from the draw are distributed between the lucky winners and the STARS project.

Most recently the 5 – 1 draw has helped towards some of the substantial costs involved in the reconfiguration and the Shielfield Park track which has included a significant widening of the track and a complete resurfacing. Up to the start of the 2024 season the 5-1 Draw has contributed £50,000 to S.T.A.R.S. while paying out £38,300 in prize money.
