Peter Kildemand and Nick Morris will fly the R.E.D Bandits, powered by…

Ladies and gentlemen your R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS are locked, loaded and ready for action – their target an Easter weekend double date with Edinburgh in the BSN Series – at Armadale on Friday and then back to Shielfield Park the following night.
Last night’s Press and Practice saw all seven get some impressive laps under their belts before moving to the Black and Gold where Greg Blair and Steve Hayward grilled them on their hopes for the new campaign.
And the message was loud and clear – riders, owners and management are laser focussed on a successful 2026 campaign – and that means appearing in the latter stages of all three competitions.
Peter Kildemand and Victor Palovaara move onto the Ben Fund meeting at Glasgow this evening (6pm) but Nick Morris has had to withdraw from the fundraiser as a precaution as he’s still feeling a little second-hand after a big off during Leicester’s Press and Practice on Thursday. It’s purely precautionary and he’ll be ready to go at Armadale but in his place opportunity knocks for Reid Battye who will make his British debut in what is a top class field.

Peter also became the first Bandit to get his hand on silverware in 2026 – collection last season’s Berwick Speedway Supporters’ Club Rider of the year award from Norman Clark and Kenny Tait.
Tickets for Saturday’s meeting are on sale here while season passes -£199 adults, £189 concessions – are also on sale here Remember accompanied under-16s go free. Passes can be collected on Saturday – more information in Monday’s Briefing on this channel.
