Bastian update

Morning brings news from the horse’s mouth as it were with our Indian rubberman Dane updating from his bed at Poole hospital.

Bastian reports a bruised lung but nothing broken from his big heat eight highside at Poole last night.

“The doctors say they need to check the muscles and ligaments because I can not feel some parts of my foot and leg and obviously can’t move it,” he tells us

And that’s not the only thing hurting for young Bastian.  “Stupid crash from me, threw away the lead,” he chides himself!
