Deja vu for Academy
Berwick Academy’s defence of its Northern Junior League title begins where it ended in glory in 2025.
Their first fixture in the 2026 campaign will be at the GT Tyres Arena in Workington following the MAXICab Knockout Cup clash between the Comets and R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS, on April 25.
The Academy quartet held its nerve in the season finale double header in Cumbria last September to take the title by just four race points from West Lothian.
The teams meet again the following Saturday after the conclusion of the cup tie at Shielfield Park.
The Academy hosts Redcar on May 16, Ashfield on June 13, and West Lothian on August 15 with trips to Ashfield on July 17, Redcar on August 7 and West Lothian on August 21.
