It’s almost time …

It’s been a long, cold, wet and windy winter but spring has sprung and after just five more sleeps all roads will again lead to Shielfield Park when the R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS finally get back on track.

And it’s a track and surrounds in tip-top condition after the hard work of our dedicated group of volunteers who have been ensuring that everything is ready for press and practice on Friday evening.

Just a reminder that the stadium will be open from 6pm on Friday with the new-look Bandits and our Academy riders expected to take the track from around 6.30pm with the session scheduled to last until 8pm. After a quick change the riders with head over to the Black and Gold for a Meet the 2026 Bandits event hosted by Greg Blair. The anticipated schedule is for an 8.30pm start.

Admission to the B&G is by donation with proceeds going to Berwick and District Cancer Cars. Admission to the stadium for practice is free.

Ω E-tickets for the opening home BSN Series Scottish Section clash with Edinburgh will be on sale from early next week, Just a reminder that in the event of a meeting being postponed a full refund will be issued immediately, or the ticket can be “rolled over” to the restaging date. There is no booking fee charge for purchasing a e-ticket and they remain on sale until 7.15pm on race nights. Cash-only turnstiles will be open on race nights as the only alternative to e-tickets.
