Lewis Kerr returns to his former stomping ground at Redcar with the Championship League Riders’ title at stake on Sunday September 15 (3pm).
Former Bears’ team-mate, Charles Wright, defends the title he won at the same venue last season with all nine Cab Direct Championship clubs represented in the field.
Wright is set to face strong competition including from team-mate Danny King, who made the final last season, along with former inners Sam Masters (Oxford) and Craig Cook (Workington) and 2023 runner-up Chris Harris (Glasgow), who is yet to win an individual riders’ title.
Poole number one Richard Lawson currently top of the league averages on an impressive 9.21 figure, just ahead of Masters and Cook, with Edinburgh’s Josh Pickering on 8.85.
The riding order draw will be made during BSN’s coverage of tonight’s Poole v Scunthorpe clash in the Cab Direct Championship.
Admission prices for the CLRC are: Adults £22, Children (11-16) £5, under-11s Free.
