A chilly but dry start to Saturday in TD15 and it’s all systems go for the visit of Glasgow Tigers to Shielfield Park.

The Borders missed the rain which decimated Good Friday’s fixture list,  including the scheduled BSN Series opener at Ashfield.

With the forecast even suggesting afternoon sunshine the omens are good as Peter Kildemand, Craig Cook, Sam Hagon and Dayle Wood make their R.E.D Bandits,  powered by STS debuts.

Gates open to the public – cash or e-ticket- at 6pm but Season Pass holders will be able to pick their cards up at The Box Office from 5.30pm. Tickets

With Chris Harris, Leon Flint, Howarth and Dan Thompson in their ranks the Tigers are fielding a powerful side which will test the revamped Bandits to the full.
