Matchday update

Redcar are through to the semi-finals at the expense of Edinburgh, Glasgow take a slender four-point lead to Plymouth tonight, Oxford and Poole have yet to arrange dates for their clash and the fourth and final MAXICab Knockout Cup quarter-final between the R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS, and Workington Comets plays  out this week.

Beginning at what is forecast to be a sunny but somewhat nippy Shielfield Park tonight (7pm).  Jack Smith is fit to take his place in a Bandits’ team which also welcomes Lasse Fredriksen for his home debut. Dayle Wood guests for the Comets who also include 2025 Bandits Jonas Jeppesen and Craig Cook in a solid looking top five.
