Matchday update

This was the scene at Shielfield Park 30 minutes ago with the third and fourth bends in perfect condition (as are the first and second and both straights!). Track curator Ian Rae and his team have worked hard all week to pack down the surface in anticipation of the heavy midweek rain. With the weather now set fair and a drying wind conditions look very good for tonight’s BSN Series clash between the Jewson Bandits, powered by Keenwood Karpets, and Glasgow Tigers.

If you aren’t planning to be trackside tonight then do not fall victim to the scammers. The meeting is not being livestreamed and any site claiming to be selling a stream is a fake.

Tickets for tonight’s clash (£20 including booking fee) are on sale from berwickspeedway.com/tickets until 7pm. Cash turnstiles will also be available – £20 adults, £18 concessions and students. Free admission for accompanied under-16s.
